We setup our signs in a window between 8 am and 10 am and we remove the signs in a window between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Our signs are made for outdoor use and can handle normal weather conditions. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may need to adjust, delay, or cancel setup.

Yes. You must have permission from the property owner or tenant before booking. We cannot install signs on public property or property without approval.

Our signs are built to handle the outdoors, but accidents can happen. If a sign is damaged during your rental, we'll assess the situation and work with you to determine the best resolution. Any applicable repair or replacement costs will depend on the nature and extent of the damage.

Yes. We may offer signs for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, baby showers, holidays, and other celebrations depending on available themes.

Our signs are designed to make a statement. While sizing can vary slightly depending on the design, most installed setups stand approximately 6 feet tall and span about 12 feet across the lawn.

We know, we know, they’re hard to give back. Unfortunately, all signs are rentals and need to return to our inventory so they can keep the celebrations going.

Yes. Please make sure the installation area is clear of underground utilities, irrigation lines, sprinkler systems, invisible pet fencing, wires, or anything else below the surface. Since we do not know what is installed underground, the customer is responsible for confirming the placement area is safe. We are not responsible for damage to underground lines, sprinklers, utilities, or other property features that were not disclosed before installation.
